Step 1: A Free Consultation (before you book)

Every successful project starts with a conversation. During your free call, we’ll look at your existing website and listen to your goals. You’ll speak with one of our web design experts, who will guide you through choosing the right package.

We know the photography industry inside out, so we’re ready to offer suggestions and ideas that resonate with your audience. You can trust us to help you make a decision that’s in line with your business and your budget.

Depending on your needs, you can choose from one of our tailored packages:

• Basic: Perfect for a smaller portfolio website, this package includes up to 5 pages including your blog.
• Advanced: Ideal for a growing business, this package includes up to 10 pages.
• Pro: Designed for photographers who want a standout online presence, this includes 15 pages and a custom homepage design.

Step 2: Onboarding

You’ll complete our onboarding questionnaire so that we can get to know your business. Part of the onboarding process is giving us key materials such as your logo, brand colors, images, and text.

We’ll give you 3-6 weeks to gather the resources we need and if you don’t have all of that ready, no problem! Our team offers branding and copywriting services, to give you everything you need to create a cohesive, polished site.

Note: As part of the planning process, we’ll audit your site to make sure your content and SEO settings are fully preserved. We specialize in migrating content from other platforms, including Flothemes, to Kadence, ensuring no vital data or design elements are lost in the process.

Step 3: Design and Development

This is where the magic happens! Once we’ve gathered your assets, our team will begin designing and building your new website.
Generally implementation takes place over 2-4 weeks, depending on the package that you have booked.

With Basic and Advanced packages, we’ll guide you through choosing a StyleCloud template we can use as a base.
With our Pro package, we’ll work with you to produce a custom designed home page in Figma for your approval before we start to develop your site.

We use the fast and SEO-friendly Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks as our base, ensuring your site is mobile-friendly, and easy to update.

Step 4: Review and Revisions

Once the initial design is ready, we’ll present it for your feedback, during a live call. We’ll walk through the website together in detail.

This is your opportunity to share your thoughts and ensure the website reflects your vision. We believe in collaboration and will make any necessary revisions to deliver a site that exceeds your expectations.

After that call, we’ll update the website and make any agreed changes to your content before the site is launched.

Step 5: Optimization & Launch

If you’ve booked a Basic Package, it’s time for the big reveal! Launch day is always exciting, and we’ll also give you some gorgeous Canva resources to make sure your new site looks great on socials.

With our Advanced & Pro packages, we’ll also spend extra time optimizing and caching your new site. At this stage, we’ll do a second live call to discuss your SEO goals and your client sales experience. It’s a strategy call to help you use your new site to drive more traffic and more bookings.

Step 6: Personalized Training and Ongoing Support

A great website doesn’t end with great design—it should be easy for you to manage and update. As well as the live calls included in your package, we’ll also give you a personalized training video for you to refer back to at any time.

Who will I work with?

We have a fabulous team of designers here at StyleCloud, who are experienced web designers, know our themes and layouts really well and who are fun to work with.

How long does it take?

Once we have received all of your assets (like copy, images and hosting details), you should expect the initial setup of your website to be delivered to you within around 3 weeks.

Smaller packages, like template setups or VIP sessions will happen more quickly.

Do you offer extras like additional pages or extra features?

Yes we do. We’re happy to have a consultation call to discuss your current and future needs and guide you through what you need. Broadly, additional pages cost $150 per page, though that can vary.

Do you offer branding & logo design?

Our design team offers these services.
We have two packages:
$1,999 for basic typographic branding
$5,999 for full brand development

Do you do custom built websites?

Yes – we love building custom websites. Complete our enquiry form and we’ll arrange a call to discuss your project.

I have a website already that just needs an update. Is this for me?
